We really don’t do anything special. I do try to wear green on 3/17 but that’s easy to do, I have a lot of green clothes in my closet to begin with!

As a Food Historian, I know the Irish eat more mutton or lamb than beef- so an Irish lamb stew is a must on St. Patrick’s day for my family.

The kids and I celebrate it by wearing green, making green pancakes for breakfast, eating salad and green fruits for lunch and whatever we can think of that is/has lots of the color green for dinner. And we like to include some sort of craft, this year we will be painting (wish me luck… haha)! They’re 4 1/2, almost 2, and a newborn. My 4 year old really is excited this year! The other 2 don’t care so much, yet!

Kind of. I wear green, and have Shamrock Shakes from McDonald’s. I also just found out I’m part Irish this year, so maybe I need to start doing more!

If we celebrate, it is by going to some kind of community event like a parade or special event at a restaurant. We usually don’t do anything.

I used to celebrate St. Patty’s Day by going out and drinking with my sister’s. However, I am older now, so I just stay home and relax! God bless everyone!

There is not a speck of Irish in me but the 3 of us celebrate it every year! We drink green milk, eat green food, I try to make soda bread and see if ti doesn’t fail… the kids eat it every year but not a while slice… We have a blast!

This is so awesome! I usually celebrate St Patrick’s Day by getting together with my friends and family. This year I think I will head down to Savannah Georgia and participate in all of the fun activities!
