Welcome to the Super Stocking Stuffer Giveaway Hop, hosted by The Mommy Island  and The Kids Did It! This hop features over 100(!) bloggers, all giving away prizes that will make great stocking stuffers.  The complete list of participating bloggers is at the end of this post so be sure to check that out.

I’ve got a fun little prize for one of you: a set of 12 Bali adult coloring postcards!  If you’re like me and feel that an adult coloring book is too much commitment, this set of notecards should fit the bill.  Plus, after you’ve colored the cards how you see fit, you then have a pretty postcard to send to somebody!

Fruit, every year. Each year every one of us receives fruit and depending on the amount of money we spend, they can get exotic. My oldest always gets a pomegranate. Sometimes we get star fruit, often it is apples and oranges.

We tend to use the stockings for “necessary” stuff. Like underwear, socks, chapstick etc. Santa also makes it fun by adding in some favorite candy, or CD’s.

I give so many things as stocking stuffers; gifts vary based on the person. My mom gets expensive jewelry, bath essentials, candy, and various little surprises such as refrigerator magnets or a coffee cup (yep, we have HUGE stockings). My husband gets razors, other bathroom essentials, maybe a joke gift (if I can find one), candy, nuts, and possibly some expensive aftershave.

For the kids I like to give them candy and small toys. My husband is a lot harder to get gifts for so I usually give him unsalted nuts and dried fruits. I love receiving the peppermint tootsie pops!
