When each of my kids were babies, they were all fed formula.  Mostly we just stuck to the regular milk-based type, but I probably should have researched a bit more with my youngest as she spit up – a lot.  Now we’re dealing with something else – occasional constipation.  It’s a very real and heartbreaking issue that is constantly on my mind.  I always worry if today will be a day that I have to count back and remember when she last pooped.  As I write this, I’m realizing there was no poop this morning and starting to wonder what I can give her to eat to counteract any binding foods she may have eaten.  It’s a delicate balancing act to achieve the “perfect” type and amount of bowel movements.

So that others wouldn’t have to go through what we did, Enfamil offered to sponsor this post and provide product so I could tell you all about their Enfamil® Reguline™ formulationIt just makes sense that Enfamil is watching out for our babies’ health and comfort, as they’ve been a go-to brand for so many formulations that help various issues.  Your baby needs to eat anyway, so it only makes sense that her formula be designed to help promote comfortable stools.

Reguline has a blend of 2 prebiotics.  Prebiotics, a form of carbohydrate that is also found in breast milk, help feed the good bacteria in baby’s digestive system. .  It’s so interesting to me to find that even infants can benefit from prebiotics.  And I’m really glad that I can easily give prebiotics to my baby just by using Reguline formula for her first year.

If your baby has occasional constipation or hard stooling, Enfamil® Reguline™ may help.  Talk to your pediatrician about switching so you can stop counting dirty diapers and enjoy your baby. Also, Enfamil is more than happy to help you with any questions you may have about Reguline by calling 1-800-BABY-123.  You can also find more information on Reguline.com.

This sounds like a life saver for parents and of course the babies whose tummies probably hurt. So glad they came out with something to help.

This sounds like a great product
While I don’t have babies nor anyone around me with little babies, I do know that they can get super constipated and this sounds like it could really help!

It’s great that this is already in a formula with nothing else for a stressed mum to think about. I will keep this in mind if any friends have the same problems , thank you.
