Out of Milk app takes care of all of your shopping lists

I can’t shop without a list.  It just doesn’t work.  And generally I have to have a list constantly going.  However, I have horrendous handwriting.  And adding to the list as you run out of stuff or look at the circular just leads to having the list not organized to the layout of the store.  I tried a few apps and wasn’t really happy with anything.

Then I found Out of Milk.  This app is available in both the Apple and Android app stores and is also able to be utilized via a web browser.  It’s basically a list making app.  It has lots of features like a barcode scanner and pantry list for the staples.  I don’t use those but only because I find the basic function of the app exactly what I need.

I just make a list, add in my items, drag and drop to the order I want, and I’m ready to go.  I usually make the lists on my laptop and then use the app on my Android phone.  Sometimes I have to manually sync to make sure my lists are up to date (that only takes about a minute or so) but lately, it seems an upgrade has taken care of that for us.

There is a paid Pro counterpart to the free version but I really don’t see the need for it in my case.  Out of Milk Free has everything I need, for all kinds of shopping lists (and I really do use it for tons of stores).  Tired of forgetting what you need at the store?  Try this app out and get everything on your list!

I was not compensated in any way for this post.  I’m just sharing one of my favorite apps with you!

The product was fantastic. However since the last android upgrade it crashes all the time. This has been going on for a good few weeks now. Hope they sort it out. My advice is give them a few weeks.

I have noticed that it was taking some time to sync after the last upgrade. Every Android upgrade seems to mess up my phone more, unfortunately. Hopefully they get these bugs worked out so it can get back to being a great app again.

This is a great idea. Perfect for making a food shopping list. I sometimes make lists and forget them when I get to the store. This would work for me.

This seems like a super helpful AP! I will have to look into this for sure!
