Be ready for holiday parties and weddings with dresses from DressFirst

This post is brought to you by DressFirst.

I know, I’m really pushing this holiday thing, aren’t I?  My reasoning is that if you prepare early, you get the best selection and price.  So, in that vein, I want to tell you that now’s the time to start shopping for dresses for any holiday parties you’ll be attending, as well as the inevitable wedding that pops up in this season.  Not sure where to start?  I’ve got that covered for you: DressFirst has a HUGE selection of beautiful gowns in any color, style, length, etc., you could possibly dream of.  If it’s not there, it doesn’t exist.

Let me show you a few of my favorites (these are only 3 of about 100):

This is the A-Line/Princess V-neck Sweep Train Chiffon Charmeuse Lace Evening Dress With Ruffle Beading.  It’s in basic, elegant black that works for so many occasions, but with a little kick of color and design on the sleeves and bodice.  Why do I love this one?  The full skirt, for one.  I also love that this has sleeves, since my arms are less than stellar.  What a pretty way to camouflage them!

And then we have this A-Line/Princess Scoop Neck Floor-Length Tulle Evening Dress With Lace Beading.  This dress looks perfectly lovely in the grey pictured but you also have a choice of over 20 other shades to fit your personality and the occasion.  This one also has sleeves that would cover up my problem spot.  While the shape is simple, the bodice has intricate beading that stands out.  This reminds me of something I would see an opera singer wear.

Then I saw this A-Line/Princess Scoop Neck Floor-Length Tulle Prom Dress With Ruffle Lace.  This dress looks a bit like one that you would see on Mad Men, one of my favorite television shows.  If that’s your style, this is the dress for you.  While the description has the word “prom” in it, I don’t think that is the only occasion this could be worn for.  In fact, I feel that this dress is too sophisticated for a prom.  This is perfect for a wedding at any time of year.  I particularly appreciate the two-tone tulle skirt.

I’ve barely scraped the surface of what DressFirst has to offer.  I’m a little sad seeing that they have maternity dresses since I had such a hard time finding a pretty dress for my brother’s wedding a few years ago.  Need a wrap or shoes for your dress?  They’ve got those too.  You can even find very reasonably-priced wedding dresses on this site!  I know I”ll be returning to DressFirst the next time I need a special occasion dress.
