I’d prefer paypal cash. I recently adopted a puppy from a rescue. She started out as a foster pup but within an hour of bringing her home I emailed to say that we wanted to adopt her. Of course having not planned on adopting her, only fostering, we didn’t have the full adoption fee. I would use this to finish paying the adoption fee.
